I find these words to be most important because they are key in every process that deals with the ecology unit. For example, primary producer, primary consumer, secondary consumer etc all links the food web/food chain as well as the flow of energy through each trophic level. Another example are biogeochemical cycles, abiotic factors, biotic factors, disturbance, carrying capacity, all affect the biosphere and those are most of the key terms that deals with ecology.
