On Scientist as organisms

The scientist are studying insects and have discovered their unhuman abilities. They show many resemblance to each other. They also talk about how organisms are known to be separate individuals and they become one when combined. Like bees, when they are alone as one, they are just a bee. However, when they are viewed as a swarm of bees, their power of presence are dramatically increased. "phenomenon of separate animals joining up to form an organism is not unique to insects." means that they have experienced this in the past and it is not uncommonly for them. I kind of agree on this article because i have worked together in my life and it is definitely a whole lot different.
